"Thank you so much for your support and participation. I talked about us helping a family and we had the pleasure of meeting them today and making Matthew's Christmas extra special this year. He has endured numerous surgeries and just got home on Christmas eve from the hospital. His smile was priceless when Santa and Buddy the Elf personally came to deliver a bunch of goodies for him, his mom, and his grandpa. I was given permission by them to share our pictures"
